		<description>I completely agree with your views towards teaching students in different ways.  Teachers need to repsect and trust their students more so they will be able to move out of the standard bubble they were put in.  There are many useful tools which can be used to help make learning more fun and you seem to have the right idea.  Too many students are bored while at school so it will help to use some of these new videos and podcasting as a new way to teach and keep students more interested.</description>
